Pricing questions
How much does Zoib Cyber cost?
Each training bundle — Privacy & Security Training, or AML Training — is its own subscription: $39 a month for 5 included seats, $149 for 25, or $449 for 100, with Enterprise pricing above that. Running both bundles means two subscriptions, with 10% off the smaller of the two — a five-person team on both pays $39 + $39, less $3.90. The AML Program Kit is a flat $199 a year per organisation. All prices are AUD and exclusive of GST.
Will my price go up later?
Not if you join early. Launch pricing is locked for every customer who signs up within the first 12 months of launch — the price you sign up on is the price you keep.
Is there a free way to start?
Yes — a 7-day free trial with the full Tier 1 experience for up to 5 staff, no credit card required. The AML Program Kit is paid-only and is purchased in-app after signup.
Do the bundles come with a discount?
Yes. Run both training bundles — Privacy & Security Training and AML Training — and you get 10% off the smaller of the two subscriptions. Pairing a $449 bundle with a $39 bundle, for example, takes $3.90 a month off — running both is always cheaper than running them separately. The AML Program Kit sits outside the discount and is never discounted.
What happens if I grow past my tier's seats?
Nothing forces an upgrade — extra seats are $8 per seat per month on either training bundle, added whenever you need them. When enough extra seats stack up that the next tier would be cheaper, the platform tells you and you upgrade in a click. Tiers only change the seat count, never the features.
